Using Motivational Posters To Promote Your Business

Feb 21 by

Motivational posters or inspirational posters really do work. If you pin up a good motivational poster next to your shaving or makeup mirror it can reinforce your driving goal for the day every time that you look at it. Because words are such powerful things, especially when combined with a good picture these posters can literally change a persons life. The great beauty of them, though, is the fact that they are looked at every day of someone’s life. This leads one to thinking – what better way to promote your business or to get your name in front of your target audience than by placing it onto something that stares them in the face each and every day? And not just any old something – this is something that they want to actually look at!

This could be done overtly, such as your company logo or message at the bottom of the poster, “Message brought to you by Blogs International”, or more subtly, by incorporating your product into the poster itself; for example, a well built person training on your gym equipment as a Training motivator. A few years back BP (British Petroleum) did a great subtle range of motivational posters. The series included photos of beautiful, untouched green landscapes with the catchphrases; Peace, Harmony & Tranquillity. In small writing underneath was the message that BP donated many millions of dollars to support environmental causes and these photos were of areas of outstanding beauty that they had helped to preserve.

Possibly the easiest way, and probably just as efficient, is to simply put your company logo and message underneath the strap line. Try to keep it in a similar vein to the message so that it doesn’t jar and you have yourself a great promotional tool with your name on it that someone will look at every day of the year.
